Welcome to our web site. LocalComputerSupport.org provides a database of local computer support experts. By using this web site in any way you agree to comply with the Terms of Use (TOU). Please review carefully. Terms of Use can be modified at any time. It is the responsibility of every user and registered member to become familiar with the modifications. The latest version of TOU can always be found in the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section of the web site or directly at: www.localcomputersupport.org/localcomputersupport/tou.cfm . Registration and access to localcomputersupport.org are free if you comply with the TOU. The domain name, entire content and the database are properties of JP NetQuest, Inc., further called "owner" or "owners". The term "you" used in this agreement applies to the visitor of the web site or registered user who submitted his/her profile. The entire content is subject to copyrights. Any material printed from this web site is subject to copyrights. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials access through this web site. The owner reserves the right to limit access to the web site to anybody at anytime under no obligation of explanation. The content of this web site cannot be used for commercial purposes. Registration
If you decide to become a registered member of localcomptuersupport.org, it is your responsibility to make sure all the information in your profile is correct and updated. You are not at any point employed by any party associated with the ownership of LocalComputerSupport.org. You also confirm that all the information posted by you is correct. It is your responsibility to provide your customers with the feedback code. Feedback code authorizes to post feedback. Unauthorized feedback posting will be penalized with account suspension and/or cancellation. LocalComputerSupport.org is using sophisticated IP based tracking software to detect unauthorized feedback submission. It is in everybody's best interest to keep our database as accurate as possible. When working with customers, you should always use the highest standards of customer service and technical knowledge. Obtaining feedback without a prior interaction with a customer is a violation of this agreement. High number of negative feedbacks will lead to account termination. Posting duplicate profile entries is not allowed and may also lead to account termination. Any information you post in your profile will not be used for illegal purposes. LocalComputerSupport.org will take every measure available to securely store your data. Premium registration may be introduced during the development of the structure of LocalComputerSupport.org. You are under no obligation to participate in it.

Limits of Liability
In case of any disputes between any parties accessing or registered at LocalComputerSupport.org, the owners are under no obligation to become involved. Further, you will hereby release the owners, officers, employees or successors of LocalComputerSupport.org of any demands and claims of any kind arising out of any way related to the use of this web site
